Introducing the equipment owned by Toyo Sho Co., Ltd. The size of the electrolysis tank is 3000mm in length, 800mm in width, and 1500mm in depth. The maximum size for anodizing is 2700mm in length, 650mm in width, and 1250mm in depth. We also accommodate small quantities of various products, not just large processed items, and we have 300 types (2,700 pieces) of titanium jigs. 【Equipment Overview (Partial)】 ■ Size of the electrolysis tank: 3000mm in length, 800mm in width, 1500mm in depth ■ Maximum size for anodizing: 2700mm in length, 650mm in width, 1250mm in depth ■ Hard anodizing: 10-150um, 2000 series/DC up to 5um (influenced by Si and Cu) ■ General anodizing: up to 10um ■ Types of anodizing: clear anodizing, black dyed anodizing, sealing treatment *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
